Crown Melbourne has a fantastic opportunity for Apprentice Chefs to join our team! This is a chance to develop your skills and gain experience in Western and Asian Cuisine. 

This apprenticeship enables you to work in a number of Crown's premium & casual restaurants along with banqueting, pastry and bakery kitchens, whilst completing a full time paid, national recognised qualification all under the one roof! This is an unbeatable advantage in building a successful career as a Chef. 

If successful to the next round of the Interview process, you will need to be available to attend an Assessment & Interview on Wednesday 1st June 2022. 

What we are looking for:

• A passion and dedication for cooking; no prior professional experience is required
• Can do attitude, initiative & ability to follow directions 
• Ability to work as part of a motivated team
• Availability to work full time 24/7 rotating roster; including overnights and early mornings
• Eager to learn and commit to a 3 year Apprenticeship with Crown 
• Full working rights: Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident 
• You must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (including booster shots if eligible) or have a genuine medical exception to be eligible to work onsite at Crown
