Essential Duties

• Create lasting experiences for our customers with the purpose of improving their day with excellent service
• Engage and work well with your team and customers alike
• Fast service across all-rounder tasks with the ability to have fun while working hard
• Live our culture of health
• Work fast and efficiently
• Prepare smoothies, Acai Bowls and Sandwiches
• Prepare fresh prep, such as strawberries, smashed avocado etc.
• Ability to have fun while working hard
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene and quality at all times

Individual Requirements

• Experience as an all-rounder in a similar environment preferred but not essential 
• Strong customer interaction skills with the ability to provide customers with personable, friendly and knowledgeable service
• Must be a quick learner, who enjoys and can thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to ensure product consistency, maintain cafe operational standards and complete daily tasks
• An interest in health and nutrition is essential
• Must be able to work Monday - Friday 7am-4pm, however Part Time Positions are available as well
