We are looking for an experienced all-rounder who enjoys being part of a fun and enthusiastic team. This person will need to be capable of serving tables and communicating with customers and the team.

• Upsell to each customer in a natural way without having to be directed

3. Product preparation and product delivery
• Ensure all products are prepared to Sumo Salad standard as per the Product Manual
• Follow correct storage, thawing and rotation procedures as per the Food Safety Manual
• Ensure correct portion control for each product as per Product Manual
• If the product is not to Sumo Salad's standard, do not serve the product

4. Food safety and workplace safety
• Comply with COVID Safe rules 
• Wash hands thoroughly at the start your shift and before dealing with food 
• Gloves must be used when touching any food product
• Wear correct uniform to every shift
• Adhere to food safety rules including temperature checking and hygiene requirements
• Ensure any workplace safety issues are reported to management straight away
• Ensure the store is kept clean at all times including dining, kitchen and service areas
• Ensure that you and your team mates use the correct cleaning product for the item/s that you clean

• 1-2 years experience in a similar position
• The ability to work with efficiency and speed whilst maintaining quality
• Enthusiasm with all tasks and the ability to work with confidence under pressure
• A willingness to work with the team as well as unsupervised
• Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
