We are looking for a front of house all rounder to join our team!

In 1863, the Burn Family established the first boathouse on the Yarra River, aptly named ‘Riversdale’. Today, this same boathouse is known as the Studley Park Boathouse and stands fabulously restored, rich with history and is proudly known as the oldest public boathouse on the Yarra.

The Studley Park Boathouse has long been recognised as one of Melbourne’s oldest and most iconic establishments and has served as a boating and dining favourite for decades.

We are a fast paced cafe set in a beautiful location on the banks of the Yarra. We are are becoming very busy coming up to summer and we are looking for someone who can manage a busy cafe environment, has good barista skills and can manage basic food preparation. Note: this role is quite labour intensive since you will also be asked to manage the boatshed so some lifting will be required.

Our ideal new team members:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position
• Barista experience preferred
• Applicants must be 18+
• Have a love for hospitality and entertainment
• Must be available weekends and late-night finishes
• Enjoys working with others in a team environment whilst leading from the front
• Commitment to your career progression
• Good banter and know how to run a friendly and fun night
