Key Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating and promoting our company Values and Purpose 
  • Show efficiency in constantly striving to provide an exceptional customer experience for our Plaza Premium Guests
  • Provide leadership and guidance to employees while on shift
  • Provide support to the Lounge Manager and assist in overall operations
  • Supervises staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met
  • Conduct daily briefing and staff duty delegation
  • Coordinate the administration of procedures relating to menu changes, rosters, stock take and daily management reporting
  • Ensure Lounge opening and closing procedures are consistent and managed accordingly
  • Monitor and ensure quality of food, hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness of the Lounge including maintenance of plant and equipment 
  • Handle any escalated guest complaints in a professional and discreet manner
  • Review work procedures and operational standards in order to determine ways to improve the services, performance and safety
  • Assist in recruitment and induction of new team members 
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets

Food & Beverage Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (mandatory).
  • Experience leading or supervising a team within a busy environment
  • Flexible to work variable shifts including early starts, weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to coach and train staff effectively on Standard Operating Procedures
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Knowledge in health and safety regulations
  • Well organized with good time management skills
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service
  • Experience in working in airport would be advantage
