Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all incoming calls regarding reservations and general enquiries 
  • Managing all functions requests and special occasion dates and processing deposits
  • Maximise bookings to capacity every nightm ensuring they are evenly spaced
  • Manage & respond to all emails 
  • Process all takeaway and delivery orders over the phone
  • Conduct cold and warm calling to generate more business & reservations with measurable outcomes 
  • Send SMS and Emails marketing to database  
  • Handle, investigate and close all incoming complaints ensuring a positive outcome for customer & business
  • Respond to all customer reviews on all platforms 
  • Working on the till in service where required 
  • Admin duties & general housekeeping of office

REQUIREMENTS

About You

You have a great sense of humour, passion for hospitality and a love of food. You have excellent problem-solving skills, you can handle pressure, quick on your feet, like to challenge the status quo, can work autonomously and is also a team player. You are reliable and flexible. You are in the hospitality game for the long haul and you want your next role to be secure and long term with career progression opportunities as well as reward for effort and success! Also, you will: 

  • Have had previously worked in other fine dining restaurants or hospitality groups 
  • Be confident, friendly, assertive and positive personality with immaculate presentation
  • Be professional phone manner & written communication skills
  • Be highly organised, efficient & fast yet accurate
  • Have confidence in selling & upselling 
  • Demonstrate a team player and willing to do whatever needs to be done to get the job done 
  • Have excellent time management & multitasking ability
  • Computer savvy & able to learn systems quickly
  • Previous experience with POS systems  
  • Able to work Wednesday 10:30am-6:30pm, Thursday 10:30am-6:30pm, Friday 10.30am-7.30pm, Saturday 11.30am-7.30pm & Sunday 10am-5:30pm.
