To be considered, you will need:

• Minimum 3 years plus experience as main/head barista in high volume
• cafes/restaurants
• Ability to lead and manage teams (as you will be the leader)
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service including fluent English.
• Good understanding of operations and business management

You will be the inspirational leader and head barista in the café with your areas of responsibility:

• Managing all aspects of ongoing cafe operations
• Work with the management team to implement strategies and
• meet/exceed set sales and profit budget and goals.
• Provide on-going leadership and training to your team. 
• Delivering an extraordinary customer experience along with your team
• Promoting and marketing the business
• Be involved in operational and financial reporting/forecasting.
