JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an all-rounder who enjoys being part of a fun and enthusiastic team.

This person must possess excellent customer service skills and be able to interact confidently with your guests and build lasting relationships.

We offer full training in a range of areas within the business.

Your dutys will incude;

  • Supporting the BOH team as a kitchen hand
  • Bar work - some knowledge in this area is a bonus but we are willing to give full training to someone with a great attitude
  • Some cleaning duties

5 days a week. Accommodation is available, 500mtrs from pub.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

All-rounder
Bartender
Bottle Shop attendant
Kitchen Hand

Please note: No previous experience required for this job.

REQUIREMENTS

  • RSA required
  • Enthusiasm with all tasks and the ability to work with confidence under pressure
  • A willingness to work with the team as well as unsupervised
  • To deliver excellent customer service at all times
  • To ensure customer delight within the bar and restaurant
  • To assist the Head Chef & Beverage Manager in all day to day operations
  • The ability to work with efficiency and speed whilst maintaining quality
  • Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
