Here’s a run down on each module and why you need to complete them asap!
Customer Service 101
Understanding how to manage customer expectations and provide excellent service is crucial not only to survive the ✨wrath✨ of Karen customers and live to tell the tale, but also to get some loyal customers, a key component of your venue’s success. If you have great customer service skills not only will your boss love you, but you might also get some extra tips 💰.
You’ll learn to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, learn great communication skills, how to resolve customer complaints & provide overall great customer service all round.

Personal Grooming and Hygiene
We know you know to shower daily and wear a clean shirt to your shift… but personal grooming and hygiene are pillars of good customer service and being a good employee. In your job you will be a representative of the business you work for. Before you’ve taken their order or cleared their plates, they may have already formed an opinion about you and the venue you’re representing. Personal grooming ties into good etiquette, understanding codes of behaviour, and even shows good communication skills. In this course, you’ll look at how to maintain your personal grooming and hygiene, and ensure you never let it slip!

Manual Handling
1 in 3 workplace injuries in Australia are caused by poor manual handling practices, with inexperienced and untrained workers being most at risk. We care about your safety! A practical understanding of how to identify and assess risks and correctly handle objects is crucial to preventing manual handling related injuries in the workplace. This course provides you with the skills and knowledge required to apply effective and safe manual handling practices within their organisation.
