Our Job Ready Training 2022 Wrap Up

Our Job Ready program is a 5-day hospitality course where participants learn all the hospo essentials including a 3-plate carry, customer service, essential bar skills, as well as their RSA and RCG certificates all at no cost to them! We were able to put people through our Job Ready course just this year, with a large percentage landing hospitality jobs off the back!

We have two different Melbourne ‘Serve it Up’ Courses, bar skills and cafe skills.
- Our bar skills course covers: Cocktail making, beer pouring, mixed drinks, service techniques & point of sale system, bar set up and pack down, infection control skill set, and a free RSA or Food Handlers’ course.
- Our cafe skills course covers: Coffee equipment set up and pack down, how to use a coffee machine and grinder, making a range of espresso coffees, milk frothing, how to operate a point of sale system, infection control and a free RSA or Food Handlers’ course.
