Nestlé Golden Chef’s Hat Awards Are Back!

Are you a young chef looking to unleash your potential? Or perhaps you know a young chef who's skills deserve to be rewarded?

For this year’s Nestlé Golden Chef’s Hat Award, Nestlé Professional is looking for talented young chefs to show us their culinary skills and gain an experience of a lifetime. 

If you’d like to enter, or know a talented chef who’s eligible, here’s what you need to do:

✓ Enter online by filling out the registration form – takes less than 5 mins and entries close on 06/05/2022
✓ Be aged from 16 and under 25 years on 31 December 2022
✓ Be available to compete in regional and grand finals chef-to-chef cook-offs* 

The top 12 chefs from Australia & New Zealand will be selected to compete in live Grand Finals at Fine Food Australia, in Melbourne September 5-6, 2022.
Plus, there’s prizes to win at every stage with one Golden Chef of the Year taking out a $10,000K cash prize and two culinary tuition prizes of $2,500 each up for grabs!

*Important information: Entry open to individuals who are AU or NZ residents working (current or recent) in the culinary industry or are a current culinary student and aged between 16-25 on 31.12.22 (if <18 obtain parent/guardian permission). Registration opens 14 March 2022 and closes 06 May 2022. All eligible entrants will be invited to attend the Regional and Metro cook offs which will occur between May - July 2022. Twelve entrants (one per region) will be awarded with a prize and invited to participate in the Grand Final cook-offs which will occur in Melbourne between 3-8 September 2022 (date/location is subject to change). There are 5 prizes to be won during the Grand Final cook-offs. Total prize pool $20,588.
