Recently opened at 25 Martin Place Sydney, Botswana Butchery brings a taste of Australia’s and New Zealand’s best produce and wine to the dining capitals of Australia. Botswana Butchery is all about relaxed dining in a premium atmosphere.
Introducing Botswana Gold, which is Sydney’s new ultimate dining experience. Available for groups of 4-10 and served in the Gold Private Dining Room, guests will indulge in a 1.6kg Wagyu Tomahawk coated in gold leaf.
The Rangers Valley Wagyu Tomahawk is a highly sought-after marble score 7+ rib-eye with a long rib bone. This tender, juicy, rich and succulent cut hails from Glen Innes NSW and is a true melt-in-the-mouth experience. Masterfully applied gold leaf coats the entire cut elevating this already impressive steak to a whole new level. The Tomahawk is served to the table personally by Head Chef Darren Templeman with a selection of perfectly matched sides and sauces.
To complete the gold treatment the menu also includes :
- Gold flecked martinis
- Gold topped Siberian Imperial Caviar bumps + vodka shots
- Gold topped oysters with caviar
- Gold coated Ultimate Chocolate Dessert (for two)
- A bottle of Perrier-Jouët blanc de blanc
- Botswana Butchery’s very own “Money Shot”
- Cheese to share
The gold treatment will be expertly executed by your own private waiter and your experience will be tailored to suit by our event planner.
