What is the Prism Blend?

Inspired by the bright lights taking over Sydney this Vivid Festival, Prism brings together thermoshock geisha from Colombia with washed heirloom beans from Ethiopia to make a coffee that's blindingly good. The thermoshock process undertaken by Colombian producer Diego Bermudez involves 36 hours of anaerobic fermentation that allows the geisha to achieve peak sweetness. Expect a pleasing red plum acidity, a wash of caramel sweetness on the palate, and a lingering floral aroma.
