Potato & Leek Soup
Traditional Irish soda bread

Pan Seared Scallops
With pea puree, beurre blanc, crisp pancetta and baby sorrel leaves

Smoked Salmon Gazpacho
Sliced smoked Atlantic salmon with dill and lemon crème fraiche, shaved Spanish onion, baby capers, baby herbs and lemon wedge, topped with crisp focaccia en croute

MAIN

Traditional Christmas Roast
Roast turkey breast and glazed ham leg with a pistachio and apricot bread stuffing, creamy mash and herb garlic roasted potatoes with vegetables and gravy

Crispy Skin Atlantic Salmon
With garlic roasted chat potatoes, spinach, asparagus, vine ripened cherry tomato cluster, lemon beurre blanc and watercress

Smoked & Chargrilled Chicken Supreme
With colcannon potatoes, boiled cabbage and bacon, topped with a red wine jus

Vegetable Stack
Roast Mediterranean vegetable stack with sauce vierge, caper berries and chervil served with garlic and herb roasted chat potatoes
